AMCP | The Australian Museum Of Contemporary Photography

The Australian Museum of Contemporary Photography encourages photographers young and old working for themselves and their own desire to extol, define and reveal. It encourages photographers to explore areas of personal interest rather than submit to the dictates of the art beaurocracy/establishment or the trite demands of picture editors or advertising clients. The Australian Museum of Contemporary Photography has no roll call, no names, no identity of personalities. It functions purely as a means of featuring significant photographic work and discourses of established contemporary photographers, globally, and additionally, as a mentoring body for emerging photographers.
